Looks just like the Mynolta A-1 AA holder that Chuck mentioned. But it will
only fit the HLD-4, unlike 2xLBH-1 which would also fit E-1 and E-3 without
the grips.

Yup, with the PS-AABH1 adapter (which looks like it comes with the HLD-4).
For some reason I can't find it on Olympus's own sites, but here's a link
that talks about it -- other vendors have them, this was just a (relatively)
short link.
