Calgary. I actually know people who have holiday homes in the States,
but the tricky part is that they're only there for holidays, so I'd need
to time stuff to get to their house at the same time as they're there to
pick up the lens, then send the rebate form and cut-out UPC code back
down with them the next time they're there, then collect the actual
rebate on a third visit. Possible, but fiddly.
(and I guess I should check that I can cash US dollar cheques up here
