My 50-200mm came with a case but I found it too bulky and inconvenient to
carry around so I eventually replaced it with a lens case from Lowepro,
added a D-ring to the side hooks and now have a great sholdercase.
The original case was sold on oBoy for around $25. You might be able to
find one there, they pop up every now and then.
