As Jeff has posted, the F-series Tamron teleconverters are not fitted with
Adaptall mounts, they are dedicated to particular mount systems. If this is
an OM-mount teleconverter, all that is needed is an OM-4/3 adapter. If it
is not OM-mount then it could be anything. The description given is
insufficient to be more precise.
