In Kentucky there are the rather naughtily named "Big Bone Lick" and
"Big Beaver Lick" state parks. If that's not good enough, they're near
a town named "Sugartit".

Grew up driving along the French Broad once each summer, while passing
through Smoky Mountains; recently (through Web) discovered it is claimed
to
be "world's third oldest river".

"Although at first glance it appears unprepossessing, the French
Broad
river has a score of fascinating distinctions. It is so old as to be
practically devoid of fossils. Only the Nile and, ironically, the New
river
predate it."

Closer to home (in Atlanta area), I've often figured there must be an
interesting story behind the name "Beaver Ruin Road"
