Typically, UPS is a problem for me. They also seem to go out of their way
to damage things.
Newegg apologized and, even though it wasn't their fault, gave me a $10
credit. That was nice. UPS, on the other hand, had no explanation, offered
no real apology aside from, "Huh. Don't know why that happened."
We'll be filing a claim to get our shipping charges back on Monday.
