Reports of ignited mail have occured in several locations around
the country.  Periodically we get mail with scorch marks on the
envelopes.  :0

Exact locations of the units and the duty cycles is relatively
guarded information.  I've been able to ascertain the location
of several units that you didn't list.  And I think I know where
more are located.  I believe the goal was to place units in
every major processing center.
