My eBay statistics (from ebay.de - Germany) reveals:

200/4.0  125 sales  84 EUR average  27 EUR std deviation

I do not record silver vs. black nose, or other 'fine' 
details, but only look at lenses that are technically OK 
and not overly misused in appearance.
