Depends on how much of a deal he could get for bulk printing, but for 4x6s,
pretty much the same as
you would. Above that size, it starts to be worthwhile (financially) printing
it yourself, but it doesn't make sense to print snapshot-sized photos yourself.
Printing 4x6s at costco are 17c each, for instance, whereas just for the
paper, buying Staples own brand photo paper in 100-packs is also 17c a sheet..
