If you're talking about aging gunfighter movies, I think The Shootist 
deserves a mention. The chemistry between Lauren Bacall and John Wayne in 
that one is a real treat, as well as James Stewart's quiet role as the 
doctor. Not to mention Ron Howard's enthusiasm for gunfighting that sorta 
gets a slap during the fight at the end of the movie.
