Thanks everyone for the help - both on and off-list. Indeed there is a
tick-box to enable the filter. I had enabled that, but I had enabled it
"globally" rather than "locally" (or something like that).
Unfortunately, if its global it doesn't run automatically.
All fixed now. Have had to run Outl**k as well though, as Marc Lawrence
pointed out you can't export Outl**k files from machine "A" to a PST
file, transfer PST file to machine "B", then import PST file into
Thunderbird. Am running the 2 programs side-by-side for a while, just
to see how I get on.
