The new Microsoft program looks very nice - got a good review in the last
PC World. I run it at work where my computer stays on all the time - it
automatically checks for updates, downloads them and runs a scan every
morning at 2am. I also use AdAware and Spybot manually, but I haven't had
a single instance of spyware in about a year... (Spybot does a good job of
"innoculating" IE and I also use Firefox most of the time).
