[OM] Film suggestion

Hi.

I just received a call from a friend asking me if I'd shoot some photo's 
for a fund-raising concert tonight. I plan to use my 2S with the Zuiko 
300 f4.5 and 200m F4. Which film would you suggest and should I use a 
flash (T-32)?
