Here's the scenerio - I was originally subscribed under a gte.com email
address. Verizon cable was bought out in our area by Knology and for
reasons I won't go into, I switched services and I unsubscribed under the
gte.com email address, responded to the confirmation and subscribed under
my new roadrunner account. The verizon account is still active, however,
and now I receive each posting twice - one under the old gte.com account
and one under the roadrunner account! I have written to the administrator
and was told I'm not subscribed under the gte.com account, but I'm still
receiving list postings on that email address! Naturally, when I try to
send an 'unsubscribe' to the listar under the gte.com account, it comes
back as I indicated that I'm not subscribed. So, I just set up Outlook to
direct all incoming email from the Olympus list to my gte.com account to
the deleted items folder. I love this list, but don't need two copies of
each message!

In that case, you sent the email to the listserver from another address
than the one you're subscribed with.

Let me know with which address you're subscribed, and I can remove you.
