Assuming a 25mm tube will give infinity focus with the 80/4 macro, it might be 
an 
interesting exercise to mount 80/4 + 25mm tube on a macro focussing 
teleconverter 
which would allow focussing to infinity and closer.  Might be a bit dark though.
