FYI, The latest issue #19 of a specialist French photo magazine was
concentrated on the 4/3rds system and a review of the E300. The issue was even
printed in a special 400x300mm format and put in a fancy slip cover!
The review said that Oly were brave to start from a blank canvas but that they
have been successful. (But note that the magazine is stuffed full of Oly
advertising!) They would have liked to see the body available alone so that
the more professional 14-54mm f/2.8-3.5 could have been substituted for the
14-45mm f3.5-5.6 zoom.
The review also included a picture of the PenF alongside the description of the
mirror arrangement.
They concluded that with the release of the E300 the competition in this
bracket is hotting up.
