1       An OM3Ti is a camera, not electronic equipment (even the electronic
OM cameras are cameras!)
2       Skinflint ;-)
3       Same reason the OM-40 was called OM-PC (and others similarly) to
differentiate US-market equipment from grey imports.

The last time I imported from the US it was also electronics goods and the
duty was much more than 2%... And then there was a fine for processing it
all as well.
