Due to the battery problems I haven't been able to ascertain that. It
does flash (for some reason it decided to work for 1/2 hr this
afternoon) and it does appear to produce different intensities on Auto
(but I'm not sure the different manual GN outputs work). The total
maximum power output seems okay. But I never got the opportunity to test
whether I could trigger the flash via TTL or sync cord as it went on
strike again.

With good C cells the BPG2 seems to recharge the T32 quite quickly,
particularly if you're on TTL with only low power flashes required.

I think I have decided to repair the battery. If the flash unit itself
then proves to be defunct then I will either sell the nicely rebuilt
battery with its charger, or I will look for a decent T45 unit to use it
in. I'm undecided.
