A consistent ballot was not used statewide, and on some, the names did even 
line up directly with the hole.  A bigger problem was the Supreme Court. 
There is nothing anywhere in the Constitution that allows for such 
interference.  They said essentially "we're stopping the recount for if we 
allow it to continue it may affect the outcome (that we want)."
