Hi Roger,

Congratulations also from Down Under.

Having spent 6 years, ages ago, to get lesser qualifications, I have a good 
idea of the sustained hard work that goes into getting a PhD.

And some people will still sneer and say "it's only a piece of paper". At least 
they do, here.

I hope you can put it to really good use.
