On the serious side- do you suppose that having concentrated on the
technical and building the OM system -the world found them. Having achieved
great success in a modest time frame they never seemed to have the
marketting and consumer prowess, much of thier 'presence is jobbed out along
with service, in Canada it was Carson who were dirt poor in service and
logistics. The product was carrying the organization, and considering the
gaffes it had to be very good product.
