*think* he says "Despatch abroad not possible or only by previous
arrangement. I DELIVER ONLY IN GERMANY!! WITH PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENT, PERHAPS,
ABROAD; BUT ONLY the EU COUNTRIES!"  His caps, not mine!
