[OM] Agfa sells its film division

Anybody ready to shell out 175,500,000 Euro (216,409,100 USdollar) for the
film roll division (consumer imaging) of Agfa (Mortsel, Antwerp - Belgium).
They announced today that, with great pain, they will get out of film roll
business, and do a managament buy out/in for above price.
