Skip, the F75, EOS500/3000/N/V/300/V, have the pre-wind system. I probably
missed a few other slrs.
I can't say that the dust problems are much of a problem - unless the
insides of your camera are horrendously dirty.

I've never seen any non-Fuji cameras that did the reverse-wind. Perhaps
Ricoh's were OEM'd from Fuji?
No SLR from any manufacturer that I've ever heard of has such a feature
either.
I could be wrong though.....it has been known to happen :-)
