Thanks Chris - I'll blame you if I can't see the cat in the coal cellar (I
thought I had loaded 800 ISO - oops)

Propeller hubs falling apart, my my - it wasn't like that in the old days,
but that's the private sector for you (enough of knocking digital, let's
revert to another Aunt Sally!).

2Sp you say, how is its battery usage? I think I got to the bottom of the
voracious appetite of the 2SP I once had. The dozens of SR-44 I bought in
bulk at a ridiculous price, while stamped "AG", are actually Alkaline. Even
a 3 chews 'em up and spits 'em out :-(

Sounds like you are in good country to take on the Collective (especially
with the fields just coming up to harvest).

Should be good Piers. Isn't that stuff pretty well made for buggering about
with? And aren't you presented with a fait accompli anyway? ;-)

Our aircraft are still grounded for lack of a reliable propellor hub, so I'm
off for a little bike ride with my 9-year old Hadley bag, containing a
lovable old 2SP (;-)) connected to a 35-105 (with yellow-green filter
attached) to shoot Batttison-like images on XP2 (I must be different somehow
;-)). If I am really good I might stop off at a pub called the Dunstan Arms
in Waresley for a little reward and to read my Powershot G5 manual over a
little chewy beer. I know it's hot and sunny, but in England we drink warm,
chewy beer in any weather!
