This is a fascinating idea.

You wouldn't want to use these for evidence: the photo of Sirhan Sirhan
shooting Bobby Kennedy comes to mind. Someone could be doing something
suspicious in the same frame that something bad happens, but the events are
actually separated by up to 60 seconds. Intermittently-moving people or
things could be in the image more than once. Like the ball. :-)
