We talk so much about how much resolution our lenses have. How about how little?
Over a year ago, I bought a SIMA 100/2 soft focus lens from Tom and tried it
out. Somehow, I never got around to posting the results. I want to try it on
some other subjects one of these days, but for now, an iris will have to do

I rather like the effects, esp. the glow at f2, but haven't thought of where to
use them to advantage yet. So much different than just OOF from a sharp lens. I
like f2 best for the iris, but suspect f5.6 would be better for portraits.
