Perhaps an orange or medium red filter for dramatic skies.

If you're feeling really adventurous bring a roll of Kodak HIE infrared
film. It's spectacular with vegetation and only needs the red filter above,
though orange is workable too. Don't use for portraits as it can lighten
skin tones to the point of bizarreness. Do load and unload in at least
near-complete darkness. There was a film a while back called "Soy Cuba" (not
about agriculture) shot at least partly in IR, and it was beautiful.

BTW, this should be a pretty hot time of year there, no? The sun should be
pretty much straight overhead.
