OK, you're right about Canada Post buying Purolator; I had forgotten that.
But it still seems they operate differently with regard to brokerage than
regular Canada Post carriage.
Plus, what does it have to do with taxation? Brokerage is a "SERVICE"...
since when does the government assess taxes on EXPORTS? (Other than softwood
lumber etc., when the Excited States gets their knickers in a twist).
FWIW, any US based Zuikoholic that buys from Canada and doesn't want to chance
Purloator/Canada Post or other commercial carrier, let me know. I can make
arrangements to transport personally, no charge other than re-shipping.
