Joseph - the 1.4X-A Teleconverter has a front end that sticks out some... so
it can only physically fit on certain lenses. Olympus also 'restricted' it
based on their belief about which lenses it would perform well with... but
if you accept that it won't work 'perfectly' on other lenses, you might not
care about a little less performance.

Of the lense you list, I think the 1.4X-A will work on the 300/2.8 (I assume
you mean a Tamron or Tokina...?) and the 200/4.0. It will work with the
Zuiko 300/4.5 lens as indicated. All the other lenses you list I think the
rear element on the lens will interfere with the front element on the
teleconverter... this would be a bad thing.
