I agree about the quality of the photo, but the author fails to mention
that we, the liberators of Kuwait, encouraged the uprising by the
Marsh Arabs of southern Iraq with promises that we never fulfilled.
Sorry to be a wet blanket.... on the plus side, the re-flooding of the
marshes does indeed seem to be one of the success stories of last
year's adventure.
