Doesn't look like a bad solution. I've used similar looking ones for
years. I'm more concerned about zippers getting snaged in handling and
pulling open to spill contents than I am about intentional theft. Lately
I've used those cheap little aluminum caribiners designed as key
'chains' to connect the zipper pulls, so inspectors can open and close
the bags.
