End use might be important too. For projection Velvia stands up well
with lots of light being pumped through it with good color, sharpness,
contrast and fine grain. I like Provia for scanning because of its
lower contrast, fine grain and its slight softness can be compensated
for, as can its tendency to magenta on my set up.
