Moisés, If I may add my dos centavos to the discussion of the diverse
topic of tamales and Tex-Mex food in general. The "Tex" means they've
taken out the Texas and the "Mex" means it doesn't bear much resemblance
to Mexico. If I were you I'd stick with those delicacies wrapped in
banana leaves maybe with venado.
