As hard as it is to understand for some people (me, for instance), there are
those out there in Olympusdom who will actually part with significant sums of
hard-earned cash to buy pristine OM System boxes. I know, it's weird, but
there are people who collect all sorts of things.
On the other hand, I kept the boxes my new lenses and other new system gear
came in, simply because it makes shipping easier and safer should I need to get
them serviced or (horror of horrors!) sell them off. My "purchased used" stuff
generally didn't come with boxes (or not with the "correct" ones). And then of
course there's the "box" for the Zuiko 250/2.0... ;-p
