Q. Will the Olympus E-1 operate with lenses that are not equipped with
the Four Thirds lens to body communications system?
A. Yes, for compatibility with microscopes, bellows units and other
similar devices.

This leads to the natural question: Exactly whose microscopes, bellow
units and other similar devices are expected to be compatible and with
what MA-1 adapter will they be attached? ;-)
