This keeps coming up. If it's really just a loose screen, then
it's time to shake, rattle and roll with the camera, meaning by
that, if you hold it at different angles and shake it and/or apply
a small amount of percussive persuasion, you may be able to
dislodge the screen, allowing you to remove the lens and fix the
problem.
I rarely change screens in a loaded camera, and when I do, I am
extra cautious. With an empty body, you can always fire off
several shots with the lens off to ensure that everything's secure.
