Bill, that seems like a low price for the lens... I think the 'non-buyer'
sounds sincere about the situation, and they certainly don't seem to have
any reason to have 'buyers remorse' after the auction settles at that price.
I'd be inclined to let them go with a neutral feedback, they try
re-auctioning the lens... you might get more for it the second time around
