Are there any options to powering a T-32 with AC other than the AC adapters 2 & 3? I assume there are suitable transformers available that will do the trick but how does one handle the three pin connector?

Chuck,

I suspect Tim Hughes will weigh in here, if he hasn't already, but only two of the three pins are connected. I have a half completed power supply built but just before I finished putting it together I found a AC Adapter 2 in a junk box at the local camera show for $5. I probably have $10 or $15 in the transformer, box and assorted bit and pieces. I just didn't need to finish it.

The problem in trying to build one your self is that there are not any standard transformers built to "duplicate" the Olympus unit. The way I went about it was to buy a 120VAC to 220VAC stepup transformer and unwind it until I got the the necessary voltage. This was some what tedious trial and error process but fairly effective.

If it is of interest I can probably scare up the part numbers I ordered from Mouser or DigiKey, I don't remember for sure any more.

Good luck.
