[OM] Which lens case or pouch for the 85~250?

Hi all,

Well this is one of my newest upgrade to the system. New but not NIB,
neither case or pouch, nor that little instructions sheet.
Planning to make a leather case for it, but didn't find the original model
to copy at esif.

Suggestions?
