If I may be allowed to add my voice to this discussion, I think the de
Havilland Beaver is Canada's greatest contribution to aviation design.
There is still nothing as good as a Beaver at what it does, and they were
designed over 50 years ago. A perfect design, ruggedly built, they last
forever. And how about Otters? There's another one.
