Scan your system for adbots and spybots.  A good (and free!) program is 
Ad-Aware from Lavasoft.  Their URL is:

     http://www.lavasoft.de/


Pick "Ad-Aware" from their software menu on the left-hand side, download 
it, install it and let it run through your system.
