Hi Klaus ......... the thumbnail of the "fighter" is of a Canadian CF18 as
are the ones in the first row of the fighter gallery. Where did you see them
on the ground? One reason Canada did not particpate in Gulf War 2 is that
the country's stock of CF-18s has been left to deteriorate to the point
where they are basically obsolete compared to the F-18's ones flown by the
US ........ they all lack up to date communication equipment for example.
Perhaps the best place for them to rest is on the ground at an airplane
museum!
