Yesterday I emailed orders@xxxxxxxxxxx Olympus asking for this part by
part number (because their web site says that there's a $7.50
additional charge for phone orders!). Here's their reply, which I've
just now seen:
The number you provide does not appear to be valid.
Please provide model camera you wish hot shoe for.

But the part I'm really after is a plug for the opening when the hot
shoe isn't mounted (rather than a "cover" for the hot shoe). So I
guess I'll try simply describing it to Olympus and see what they say.
