[OM] 35-105/3.5-4.5: of lens hoods and caps...

A problem I have with the clamp on hoods is that they won't fit any of
the polarizers I have and so i can't use a hood when it is most needed.
Also the little screw on the hood for the 21 has stripped the threads
and tends to fall off. I'm looking for a slightly larger thumb screw. So
go easy when locking the hood.
