You can have the camera adjusted as part of a CLA with, for example, John
Hermanson at www.zuiko.com, or buy an MR-9 adapter from him. The MR-9 is
the same size as a PX-625 mercury battery, but holds a silver oxide 357
1.5v battery, and converts the voltage down to 1.35v.

I would be very interested to know what is needed to convert a camera
to Silver Oxide battery capability. I have a couple of Olympus
cameras with good mercuries in them but the day will come when I need
to change them.
