If you want to count lines per mm, I think 10x objective + 10x eyepiece is
good (100x). I have a 1mm Olympus objective micrometer and a 0-100 scale
mounted on the eyepiece. Below is a view captured with olympus C2000 with
this set up, the slide is shot with Zuiko 50/3.5 at f5.6, velvia with flash.
