[OM] Decent BIN price on Olympus auto extension tubes

$75 for a set of Olympus auto extension tubes is not a Fang, however it is a 
good price and these appear to be in good shape.  This is a good bit cheaper 
than what I paid for mine and what I've seen sell on ebay.  Some one who 
needs these ought to jump all over them.  Decent shipping price of $5.50. No 
connection doo dah, doo dah.  Bill Barber
