try to find a bank thatt works with one of the local branch ... like ING (who
bought the Belgian BBL bank)... or DEXIA... or Fortis... depending on your
partner bank...
Usually the transfer inside a group is easier...
by the way there is no problem to pay from Belgium... (but that was not the
question...
