Mike,
Unlress your machine is underpowered for it, I would strongly suggest you
spend the $99 for Windows XP Home. The reliability differences alone are
enormous.

Well, not totally OT as I need to update from W98 first edition to W98
second edition for the added USB support so i can hook up my printer to
print the pictures I take with my OM cameras. Anyway Microsoft until
very recently sold update CD's for $19 retail to upgrade W98FE to W98SE
but I guess W98 is no longer supported by MS. At least I couldn't find
anywhere on their website to buy this upgrade or anything W98. Prices on
E*ay are ridiculous in the $40-50 range. Sheesh, practically as much as
XP. So my question is, does anyone know of a place other than E*ay to
get this upgrade to W98SE? I need the CD _and_ the product key. I found
the CD's without the key but they are good for coasters as near as i can
tell.
